This Privacy Policy explains how Doogri ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and application (the "Service"). We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

1. Information we collect

You provide

• Account information: name, email, password.
• Billing details: processed by our merchant of record; we do not store card numbers.
• Community settings and product data you configure in the Service.
• Messages you send to us (support requests, feedback).

Collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps.
• Device and log data: IP, browser, OS, referrer.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

2. How we use it

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To send transactional emails; marketing emails only with your opt-in consent.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Contract — to deliver the Service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement.
• Consent — marketing emails, non-essential cookies.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting, law enforcement requests.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

• Service providers: hosting (Cloudflare, Supabase), payments (Paddle), email (Resend), analytics.
• Third-party platforms you connect (WhatsApp, Telegram, affiliate networks) — only what's needed to operate the integration.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus up to 90 days after deletion for backups and legal purposes. Billing records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookie preferences at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Exercise these by emailing privacy@doogri.app. We respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in Israel, the European Union, and the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security in our database, and regular security scanning. No system is 100% secure — we notify you of breaches affecting your data within 72 hours as required.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
