Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Doogri website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Doogri ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@doogri.app of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You will not use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate the terms of any third-party platform (including WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta, or affiliate networks) that we interoperate with.

4. Content and licenses

You retain all rights to the content you provide to the Service (product data, community details, messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our merchant of record. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period except as required by our Refund Policy or by applicable law.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, affiliate networks, payment processors). We are not responsible for those third parties' actions, availability, or terms. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, click volume, or business outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or for prolonged inactivity. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, unless local consumer protection law grants you additional rights.
