Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Doogri. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.

14-day cooling-off period

You may cancel any paid subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@doogri.app with the subject "Refund request" from the address on your account.
  2. We process approved refunds within 5 business days.
  3. Funds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer.

Renewals

Subscription renewals (month 2 onwards) are not refundable after the renewal date, but you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect:

  • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, or reversed payments.
  • Multiple accounts created to extend trials.

Downgrade

Downgrading from a higher tier to a lower one does not trigger a partial refund — you keep the higher tier until the current period ends, then the new tier applies.

Consumer rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under EU consumer law, Israeli consumer protection law, or the law of your country of residence, where applicable.
